Lindsay is such a kind person and I truly feel like she wants to help me. She definitely one of the best therapists that I have had.
She is such a good listener and very supportive. She expresses genuine pride and excitement for you when you reach goals or milestones. She is very honest and gives you goals to work on as well as mini “assignments” depending on what you’re working towards.
Lindsay is a very open and encouraging therpist, which is mainly what I needed. I don't have many negative habits or are seeking guidance, just needing to talk through feelings and receive encouragement or a positive perspective. The only reason she didn't get a 10/10 in terms of recommending her to someone else is that some people I know need more constructive feedback instead of just encouragement. She works for me though, and I enjoy my sessions with her.

Lindsay is the best therapist I have ever had, her flexibility has kept my treatment consistent. She’s an amazing listener and has helped tremendously with my mental load knowing that not only can I safely tell her everything but also receive the guidance and advice I need.

This was my first session. Lindsay made me feel heard and definitely felt that she could see a direction in taking our sessions. I am really looking forward to the journey with Lindsay! She's definitely someone that will be able to help me heal.
Lindsay takes the time to truly listen and understand. She never rushes or interrupts and seems to value me and the things that I say. She offers practical advice and even goes above and beyond by looking for ideas to help me. She is a treasure!
Lindsay's a great listener & understands the issue, helps me come up w/ the best solution for myself, rather than giving me the answer, its very important in my therapy journey. If I'm having a hard time coming up with solutions, she gives ideas to help me figure it out. Lindsay knows & understands my limitations. I've learned a lot about myself & made positive changes that were necessary due to the tools & coping skills she taught me. Lindsay's a great therapist, I'm lucky to have found her.
Definitely helped me open up ask a lot of questions that I don't normally think about but are probably underlying issues so it's very nice
